ALRIGHT.
Soooooo~
This is my project that I did for school. (Ya know that one picture I uploaded, "Calling You?" Yea, I dumped it for this picture.)

The assignment was to pick a song, and then use watercolor to paint a picture of an image you get with that song.
I chose "Girl's A Straight Up Hustler" by All Time Low.
The picture is based off of the bridge//chorus.
Aaaaand in case you can't tell, it's a pretty girl looking into a mirror with a skull reflection looking back. (NOT EMO!) And there are two roses and two photographers in the corners. (I like the top left rose best...) The picture is framed by film strips, and the bottom says "Are you having a good time, sweetheart?"
Which is my favorite line in the whole song.

It was picked to be in an art show in our city museum (only two art pieces from each school were picked) so I felt kinda.. honored?
Next to the other submission (a flower) I felt a little awkward, though.
Hahahahaaa..

Really cool idea! I love it.

The border of film strips adds a nice touch. (But I thought they were black not brown? Oh well)

Yeaa... I realized that about halfway throught the painting. But I kinda like the brown-neutral-kinda thing that occured, so I just left it. Oh well. :)

This is amazing! I am serious.
The symbolism is so cool! I really love how much effort you put into it and I like the whole idea of it.
It looks lovely! And it's so awesome that it was picked too!
That must have been one damn good flower to add up to how good this is.
